Maureen Polo

GM, Fullscreen

Maureen Polo leads Fullscreen as general manager. She joined Fullscreen with a wealth of experience in managing and scaling content marketing strategies for major brands.

Prior to Fullscreen, Maureen served as director of business development at Hearst Integrated Media, where she led development of Hearst Connected Content Marketing division. She previously served as director of business development for Hearst’s iCrossing and as director of integrated sales and marketing at Condé Nast, where she developed custom content programs and led corporate negotiations.

Beau Bryant

GM, Talent

Beau Bryant is Fullscreen’s GM of talent and programming. Prior to joining Fullscreen, Beau was an agent at WME Entertainment with a focus on digital media, working with clients such as Grace Helbig, The Fine Brothers, Rosanna Pansino, Soul Pancake, and The New York Times. During his time at WME, Beau straddled traditional talent management, film and series packaging and sales, and business development, with a particularly strong focus on the developing on-demand content ecosystem. In 2013, Beau developed the model, packaged, and managed distribution for the indie film Camp Takota, which has since become an industry prototype for influencer-led film releases. Beau began his career at The Firm and Abrams Artists Agency.

John Holdridge

GM, Brand Services

John Holdridge currently serves as General Manager of Brand Services at Fullscreen.  As GM, Brand, Holdridge oversees a 200-person team that helps brands create, distribute, and monetize content on social.  In his previous roles as VP and SVP of Fullscreen’s video services team, Holdridge was responsible for growing the client base to over 100 Fortune 500 clients such as NBCU, Uber, Mattel, Netflix, HP, and Disney.

Holdridge has been awarded two New York Academy of Interactive Arts Awards, one in 2010 and another in 2011. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, where he studied communications with an emphasis in media and entertainment.

Sheauen Park

SVP, Human Resources

Sheauen Park serves as SVP, Human Resources for Fullscreen. Sheauen’s expertise in strategic human resources management was developed at her prior positions in HR management at IAC/CityGrid and Evolve/Gorilla Nation where she lead HR efforts in ad sales, technology, and customer service. Sheauen has over 12 years of HR experience in high growth, dynamic, and industry leading companies in the online and new media sectors and seeks to provide excellent internal support as a strategic human resources advisor to help Fullscreen achieve its goals through customized employee development, hands-on employee relations, and scalable organization development solutions. Sheauen received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
