Participation in the Contest constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THE CONTEST.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR LIKELIHOOD OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsor & Administrator: Fullscreen, Inc. is the sponsor and administrator of the Contest (the “Sponsor”).  The Sponsor’s address is 12180 Millennium Drive, Playa Vista, CA 90094.

Eligibility:  The Contest is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.  All entrants under the age of eighteen (18) must have consent from their parents or guardians to enter the Contest and be bound by these Official Rules.  Employees, officers and directors of Fullscreen, Inc. or any of its affiliates (including Rooster Teeth Productions, LLC, McBeard Media, Inc., or Otter Media), and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. No individual who has won a promotion sponsored by Fullscreen, Inc. in the past sixty (60) days is eligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any person during and after the Contest Period.

Entry & General Rules:  A YouTube account is required to participate and can be obtained free of charge by logging on to https://www.youtube.com and following the on-screen prompts to create an account.

All entrants must have an existing YouTube account, Internet connection and a valid email address at the time the Contest commences. To be eligible for entry, your YouTube channel must (a) have less than 50,000 subscribers, and (b) be partnered with the Fullscreen network prior to the start of the Contest Period (“Entrants”).

To enter the Contest, eligible Entrants must create an original short video based on the topic specified in the Contest blog post announcement located at https://fullscreen.com/2017/06/06/tiny-channels-big-challenges-spinners/ (“Video”). Entrants must then upload the Video to their YouTube channel.

To complete your entry, Entrants must submit the Video using the submission form located on the Contest blog post announcement (https://fullscreen.com/2017/06/06/tiny-channels-big-challenges-spinners/). The submission form must be completed with your full name, a valid email address, the link to or name of your YouTube channel, and a link to the completed video.

Video submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, quality of the video, and if the topic was touched on. There is no length requirement for the Video.

Limit one (1) entry per person using only one (1) email address throughout the Contest Period. Any additional entries received from any one person will be void. By entering the Contest, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use entrant’s name, picture, character, likeness, and voice for trade, advertising, promotional, marketing or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known (including on Sponsor websites and channels) for Sponsor’s use thereof, and entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive compensation, credit or approval, unless prohibited by law. All entries must be free of claims and rights of third parties. Fullscreen reserves the right to make minor modifications to Video.

Selection of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected from the pool of qualified entrants by a panel of Fullscreen judges at the conclusion of the Contest Period.

Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to delay the random drawing.

In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the e-mail account used for Contest entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOUR ENTRY QUALIFIES YOU AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THE CONTEST, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BEFORE AN ENTRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.

Prizes:  At the end of the Contest Period, one (1) Contest Prize Winner will be selected to receive one (1) phone call to discuss channel optimization with a Fullscreen talent manager. The winning video will also be promoted on Fullscreen’s blog and/or social media accounts. (approximate retail value: $300.00)

No substitution, cash equivalent, or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value, except as otherwise set forth herein. All prizes awarded are subject to the restrictions and limitations noted in these Official Rules, on the prizes and/or included with the prizes and the winner must abide by all such limitations and restrictions. The Sponsor will determine all details of the Prize in their sole discretion. Winners agree to accept their prize “as is.” The Sponsor has the right to resolve any concerns, questions, or complaints related to the prizes in its sole discretion. Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and any other costs in connection with receipt of a prize. THE SPONSOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, COSTS, DAMAGE, INJURY, OR ANY OTHER CLAIMS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USE OF A PRIZE ONCE POSSESSION HAS BEEN TAKEN OF THE PRIZE BY THE WINNER.

Notification:  The Contest Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail no later than June 6, 2017 using the contact information provided in the Contest submission form. If, despite the Sponsor’s reasonable efforts, the winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if a notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to any winner, such winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter within five days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Winners may be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date of transmission an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require.  Prizes won by Winners who are minors will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required affidavits and releases.  If required documents are not returned on a timely basis, or if any notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
